Cedrus &amp; Partners combines useful finance with long-term value creation.<\/p>\n<p>Cedrus &amp; Partners at a glance :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Founded in 2010<\/li>\n<li>32 experts<\/li>\n<li>More than 150 clients<\/li>\n<li>8 billion in assets under management<\/li>\n<li>Operations in France and abroad, mainly in Luxembourg and Spain<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Missions et Responsabilit\u00e9s<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Under the supervision of the Investment Team Director, your main tasks will be :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in research work on fund selection on private markets: meet with managers, research investment solutions, market screening, build peer groups, carry out portfolio audits&#8230;,<\/li>\n<li>Carry out independent due diligence to institutional standards on strategies investing in private markets,<\/li>\n<li>Participation in internal investment selection and approval committees,<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the implementation of investment product engineering projects responding to diversified private market strategies,<\/li>\n<li>Assist sales development by producing technical documentation for sales teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Profile requirements<\/h5>\n<p>Higher education in business, engineering or university (Master 1, Master 2) with a specialization in corporate finance. Additional qualifications such as AMF, CFA or CAIA certification would be appreciated.<\/p>\n<p>You already have successful experience (~3 years) in asset management on private market asset classes with a rather generalist profile. Experience in Funds of Funds and initial expertise in portfolio management (cash monitoring, capital calls, distributions, performance calculations, etc.) would be appreciated.<\/p>\n<p>With strong analytical skills and an inquisitive, reactive nature, you will quickly become operational on fund selection assignments in private markets (cf. PE, Private Debt, Real Estate and Infrastructure).<\/p>\n<p>You are organized, rigorous, self-motivated, able to take initiative and make proposals, operational and not afraid of multidisciplinarity. The entrepreneurial DNA of a human-scale structure appeals to you.
