Having joined Cedrus & Partners in July 2025 as Office Manager, Candice plays a central role within the firm. She is responsible for managing the offices and staff, overseeing the organization of both internal and external events, and acting as a true right hand to the teams in their day-to-day operations.

She has also taken on responsibility for the company’s ESG initiatives, helping to structure and drive projects related to environmental, social, and governance matters.

Candice holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, with a specialization in Banking and Insurance. She began her career in the real estate sector before joining a compensation strategy consulting firm as Office Manager, where she developed strong expertise in organization, project management, and executive support—skills she now fully brings to Cedrus & Partners.
